The triangular shaped office building was "squeezed" into the neighborhood. Bounded on three sides by existing structures, there was nowhere to go but up. This four-story wood and concrete building's exterior blends beautifully into the newly developed area. Adjacent structures were almost on top of the building site, forcing the construction team to work with surrounding owners to protect all buildings.
